The Sankara Institute of Management Science (SIMS), a standalone management institute sponsored by the Coimbatore Educational and Cultural Foundation Trust, founded by ‘Kalvi Chemmal’ Sri T.K. Pattabhiraman with the blessing of his holiness Paramachariar and the foundation stone was laid by late Raja Sir Muthiah Chettiar, Pro-chancellor, Annamalai University in August, 1982. SIMS sole aim is to achieve excellence in management education, with high quality deliverable and competency based education to the younger generation preparing them to face any given challenge in their day-to-day life. Our vision is to revive the traditional heritage of our holy land in the various Spiritual, Cultural, Educational and Technical areas. SIMS is the part of the sprawling campus of 40 acres, with state of the Art infrastructure. Our institution is located in between Saravanampatty Thudiyalur by pass road, which is 10kms from Gandhipuram on Sathy Main road. It is easily accessible from all to other parts of the city.
