Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Management and Science sponcered by Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Social Security has started its operation with the affiliation of Andhra University and approved by AICTE in the year 1991-1992. The college has well infrastructure to conduct the MBA programme and is always in regular process of up-gradation. Te college has a big library, computer labs with wi-fi connectivity for the ease of students. The society is always making all the necessary arrangements to improve the infrasructure fascilities.

Apart from the above fascilities the college often conducts personality development programmes like group discussion, group task and mock interviews to improve the communication and presentation skills and to build up leadership qualities. It has various fascilties like library, labs, auditoriam, hostel, transport, canteen etc.

The training and placement cell is opened in the college campus to help the students in thier career under expert guidance. Vrious information about companies and organizations are made available to students through this cell. It does effort to conduct campus drive for the students. This cell tries to bring many leading companies like- Infosys, HCL, Sutherland Technologies, ICICI Bank, Capital IQ, Genpact, Sifi Corp,TCS, Bank of America,IBM, Stoppers Shop, Miracle Ford etc.
