Established in 1962, Madan Mohan Malaviya Engineering College is counted as one of the best institutions of its kind in the state. Forty four batches of students have entered its portals to emerge after four years of rigorous education under the tutelage of some of the most venerable teachers, engineers ready to face the world and create new worlds.

The medium of education is English. All classes and examinations are held in English alone.

The Madan Mohan Malaviya Engineering College, Gorakhpur is a preferred academic institute for a large number of organizations for recruiting B.Tech, M.Tech,MCA and MBA students. These organizations influenced by the capability, intellect and the professional readiness displayed by our students, have usually offered more jobs than they originally intended. From most of these organizations, we get to know many good things about the actual performance of our students.

More than 30 organizations participated in the campus placement during the year 2006-07, offering 238 jobs through campus interviews .This year, about 300 students have shown interest to participate in the placement process and we are targeting more than 50 organizations to visit our campus.
