The college was established in 1984 and is situated on Burhanpur-Shirpur-Ankaleshwar State Highway No. 4 at a distance 2.2 kms. from Faizpur and adjacent to Madhukar Sahakari Sugar Factory. The college is surrounded by vast green belt of agricultural fields at the foothills of Satpuda ranges within Tapi River valley.
