It had long since come to my attention that people of accomplishment rarely sat back and let things happen to them. They went out and happened to things.
One such man was Babu Banarasi Das Ji who realised that an educational system isn't worth a great deal if it teaches young people how to make a living but doesn't teach them how to make a life.
It was this thought that laid the foundation of the Babu Banarasi Das Group of Educational Institutes.

With this belief his son Dr. Akhilesh Das and daughter-in-law Mrs. Alka Das went on to establish the Babu Banarasi Das National Institute Of Technology And Management

The Placement Cell functions with the coordination of faculty members and Student coordinators from all streams.
