B.J. Medical school was started in 1871 which was later upgrated to college in 1971 which is affiliated to University of Pune. The first baatch started with 50 students. It has very qualified staff which is merged by the newly formed research society for boosting up the institute. The B.J. Govt. Medical College was established on 23rd June 1946 with the motto of providing high quality education with the excellent educational environment. It has well established infrastructure including various facilities which are necessary for students for their bright and sunshine future. This Medical College provides highly qualified and experienced faculty to the students.
The placement Recosd of this college is good as most of the students of this medical college are working in a reputated places according to their capability and eligibility.
