The petrol price hike can’t be suppressed as it’s completely the decision made by the Central Govt.
The only solution is that the state government should do justice and decrease the huge amount of taxes imposed which are even double of the price of the crude oil. They need to see the public interest, not theirs.
The government give the contract of oil refining to reliance which is also very high so we can reduce by avoiding the contract given to private agencies and corruption should be controlled . it is the main reason..
nationalization should be favoured instead of capitalization. subsidy on petroleum and gas should be increased. the state government should reduce the vat on petroleum and gas. more oil reserves if available in india can be utilized in a proper manner so that the cost of importing can be reduced. 92% of the petroleum is imported. stop corruption.
