SHOULD THE AGE FOR PUNISHMENT IS TO BE REDUCED TO 16 FROM 18

according to Indian penal court law the person who is under 18, for them the crime will be consider as mistakes and the punishment should not be given to them

 

do u think whether it should be reduced to 16

    To me yes the one who perform the violence should have the strength to perform it so it can be possible
