Meditation is the way to relax the mind as its a mental exercise to leave the stress behind n to go into deep state of hypnosis and connect one creativity while exercise is sutiable for the physical comfort.

In my opinion, life is getting more busier and stressful so to get our batteries charge n to relax meditation is the way to made our body and mind free all worries n tension.so i think meditation is the better option,
according to me it is 100% true.because day day due to our work load is getting increased so we should get some time for peace and relaxtation.
“Meditation” can be a good mental exercise to develope ,control and function the brain properly.

meditation is better than exercise as in exercise our body is stretched but in meditation our body even if our mind is relaxed.
In daily busy life though we don’t have enough time to take exercise ,so i think after the completion of all work deep sleep can be a good exercise..

I think meditation since brain is the super organ and controls other so it should be be taken care first.and other will start functioning better automatically
