    No i really don’t think so as our country has a lot of educational institutions and furthermore many of the universities in our country are in world ranking like the IIT’s IIM’s,calcutta university,Delhi university and many more…

    NO i really dont think so. because if there will be brain drain in india then the students from other countries will not be coming for studying purpose. rather there is a lack of opportunities in india for which they are moving to abroad. so we need to increase the job opportunites so that people get maximum benefits out of it
