The engineers are not geting jobs only by their performance…lake of talent,practical knowledege and poor communication….the compititors are there in all other fields…increase in engineering college will not affect our job opportunity….
Increase in number of engineering colleges shows that the competition has been increased.
In order to cope up with the competitors, we need to improve our technical knowledge, communication skill and we should develop employ ability skill.
not getting job means they should have some lack knowldege like concept regarding their subjects and communication skill
