   The question is not WHO.. bigger one is WHEN..?
   Why on Earth we wait for the elections to happen.. again booth capturing sort of mishap happens.. and again an unworthy appears at the post of such official.
   The suitability is independent of the choice people make.
   They must be made aware of when they have to choose!
