Birla Balika Vidyapeeth re divided into six Houses each named after a flower i.e. Bakul, Kamal, Champak, Gulab, New Gulab and Parijat. Each House works under the guidance of one or more teachers who encourage and help them to take part in various co-curricular cultural activities and competitions. There is a common mess for Juniors as well as Seniors. All the students are supposed to take their meals at a time. There are Mess Managers to see to the smooth functioning and cleanliness of the mess.
The School is divided into three sections:
(a) The Junior Section consists of Montessori and Preparatory wings for children between 5 to 11 years of age (classes I to VI) .
(b) The Middle Section comprises of classes VII, VIII and IX.
