Holy Cross School (I.C.S.E.) is a Christian Educational Institution managed by the Diocese of Gwalior. It is situated in the district of Datia in the Diocese of Gwalior
The school was started on 15th July in the year 1992; in view of providing quality education for the children of the locality. It was heeding the invitation of Rev. Bishop Fredric D' Souza that the dream for a school in Datia was realised. The school foundation was laid on 22nd October 1994 by his grace Rev. Bishop Fredric D' Souza himself. Later when the Diocese of Gwalior was formed, the school became under the jurisdiction of Gwalior diocese.
Presently Holy Cross School has branched out into a higher secondary school having classes from nursery to plus two. The school obtained its permanent affiliation on 22nd of Oct' 2002 from the ICSE board. Delhi under the Principal ship of Fr. V. Joyce Sebastian.
The 1st ICSE batch faced their examinations in March 2003, bringing a good result of 98% for the school. Presently the Principal of the School is Fr. Antony Harshal, the strength of the school is 950 and the total no. of staff is 32.
