Fr. Agnelo English High School founded in 1965 is an English Medium School, owned by Our Lady of Piety Church Silvassa. The Management is run by Gyanmata Educational Society (Pilar Fathers). It aims at providing all round education, moral, spiritual technical and physical, for Catholics for whose education the institution is primarily established and also for others irrespective of religion, race, language & caste.
The school is affiliated to the Gujarat Secondary Board of Education, Gandhinagar. It is bound and guided by the rules of education department, Dadra & Nagar Haveli.
The Catholic Educators consider it, their duty to show due respect to the religious feelings and the freedom of conscience of the non-catholic pupils. Catholic students are given a solid course of religious instruction, Non-Catholics are taught Moral Science, a course in their fundamental duties to God, to their fellowmen and to self.

The Headmaster/Principal reserves the right to refuse any application without having to assign reasons for his action.
Parents are requested to leave the Children near the main Gate. Kindly co-operate with the security man.
No leaving Certificate will be issued unless applied for by the Parent or Guardian in person or in writing and until all dues have been paid and Library books returned. Fees are due as long as a notice of withdrawal is given in writing. If a Leaving Certificate is not asked for within two years, a fee of Rs. 50/- is charged for the same as for a duplicated certificate.
Pupils failing to pass each standard may be asked to leave the school when the Principal judges it as sign on incapacity to cope with the standard required by the school. Pupils failing twice in the same standard or thrice in different standards must discontinue their studies in the school.
Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, disobedience or defiance of authority or conduct injurious to the moral tone of the school are sufficient reasons for the dismissal of a student from the School.
Pupils are responsible to the school authorities for their conduct both in and outside the school.
If the student leaves the School in between the academic year, he/she has to pay the fees of the whole year.
