• All applications for admission in any class have to be made in writing only on the form obtained from the college office. Admission in any class shall always be at the discretion of the Principal.

• No pupil less than 3½ years or older than 4½ years of age is admitted to the LKG. A corresponding scale of age is fixed for the successive classes.

• Students who have attended school must produce their Transfer Certificate from the school last attended, before being admitted and in the case of candidates coming from schools outside Uttar Pradesh, the certificate must be countersigned by the Inspector of Schools from which they come.

• A new pupil who, joins fresh from home or from a private school has to produce an official birth certificate such as of a Municipal or Baptism Certificate in support of the date of birth entered in the admission form.

• A new pupil who attended any unrecognized school in Class-Ist and upwards would produce an affidavit by the parent or guardian before a magistrate. The affidavit should clearly state:-

  1. The reason why the pupil did not join any recognized school.

  2. The name and address of the unrecognized school, the class attended and subject studied by him.

  3. The last examination passed, if any.

  4. Also the leaving certificate of the unrecognized school as well as the official birth certificates should be produced.

• All documents, once submitted become the property of the college and are not returned.

• The entrance fee together with the first three months fees must be paid at the time of admission.

• Notice of withdrawal should be given in writing before the fifteenth of the month or else the fee for the following months will be charged. Such notice should be given by the person responsible for the pupil. An application form for the same is obtained from the college office.

• Pupils who leave the college in April must pay the fees for May and June. Those who leave the college in November will pay the fees for December as well.

• No Transfer Certificate or any other Certificate will be issued till all dues are paid in full.

• Duplicate TC will be issued when submitted an affidavit counter signed by the Inspector of schools

The school is using the technology of interactive classes, Administrative solutions from Franciscans Ecare services.

The school is placed in a much comfortable and enhanced positions due to these technologies being used from July 2011. The computer, chemistry, physics and biology labs kept well maintained and they are one of the best in the city

The school provides labs for the practical work for we believe "Equipped with his five senses, man explores the universe around him and calls the adventure Science.",  library for students ease to get the required study material and all sections of books.

School also has music room, an auditorium hall for different Extra curricular activities and it also has sports field supporting various kinds of games.

Christ the King college was established in 1940 by Late bishop F.X. Fenech.

The school has two buildings namely the junior section and the senior section. The infrastructure is good enough to provide most opf the facilities to all its students and staff.
