The goal of the Exceptional Student Leadership Unit related to Facility Schools (formerly known as Alternative or Eligible Facilities) is to assure that all students in placement receive a quality education - at least comparable to what they would receive in the public school setting.  A number of initiatives are underway statewide in an effort to accomplish that goal.  We will be building this Web page over time to include a variety of documents and information that we hope will be of interest to educators in Alternative
