The Business School, University of Jammu, Jammu also known as Jammu University has invited applications for admission to full time 2 years MBA (International Business) course of academic year 2012-14.

Eligibility: Prospective candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA (40% in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST as per the norms of University of Jammu), in any discipline from a recognized Indian University or any other equivalent examination with 50% marks.

The candidates who have appeared or are appearing in the final year Bachelor’s degree examination in 2012 or as the case may be, can also apply provisionally

Selection criteria: Valid CAT/MAT score; group discussion and personal interview; academic marks. Admission will be made on the basis of candidate's academic weight-age / performance, CAT-2011 / AIMA-MAT (September 2011, December 2011) scores, followed by Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI), to be conducted by the University.

Admission criteria:

The Business School University of Jammu through CAT-2012 Kathua campus and Bharderwah campus; University of Jammu; Private Institutes/Colleges affiliated to University of Jammu; CAT-2012 in the first instance; if seats remain vacant, score obtained in MAT (September, 2012 to May, 2013) will be considered.

How to apply:

1.    Firstly, interested candidates should have to obtain the prescribed application form from The Business School by paying a fee of Rs 500 (in the form of Bank Draft drawn in favor of Director, International Centre for Cross-Cultural Research and Human Resource Management, University of Jammu, Jammu - 180 006), on all working days between 9.30 am to 5.00 pm.

2.       The application forms can also be downloaded from the University's official website: http://www.jammuuniversity.in/. The filled application form along with the required documents and DD should be submitted by hand or through post at The Business School, Jammu University, latest by March 12, 2012.

 The application forms are available in the Business School from 31st October, 2012 on all working days between 10.00 a.m. to 05.00 p.m. against a Bank draft of Rs 1000/- (Rs 850/- for SC/ST category) drawn in favour of Director, the Business School, University of Jammu, Jammu payable at Jammu
