SSC Exam 2018 Notification -SSC is engaged in the recruitment of several ministries and departments of Government of India and their attached and subordinates offices. It is the statutory body of Government of India which was established to conduct the written examination and arranging the interviews with a purpose to choose the deserving and suitable candidate for placing in the various posts of the various ministries and departments of government services and it also conducts the exam of defense type posts. Staff Selection Commission SSC was established on November 04, 1975 which was formerly known as Subordinate Services Commission, its headquarters is in New Delhi, India.

Candidates who have not acquired but will acquire the educational qualification and acquire documentary evidence from the Board/University in support thereof as on 01.08.2017 will also be eligible.

The selection will be done on the basis of written exam.The written examination will consist of (Paper-I) objective type paper and (Paper-II) descriptive type. The pattern of paper-1 will be as follows-
