Followings are the requirements to be fulfilled by the candidates in order to apply for the SBI PO 2017:-

Educational Qualification

• Degree in  any academic course from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification approved by the Government of India.
• Those candidate who are waiting to aquire the degree or waiting for the ressult of the last year/semester may also apply but they will have to produce proof of having aquired the degree examination on or before 1-July-2017.

 

Age Limit to take part in SBI PO Entrance Exam are as follows:

• The age limit is 21 to 30 years. There are exceptions in case of upper age limit fro those belonging to other classes.

 

Nationality of an applicant to take part in SBI PO Entrance Exam are as follows:

• The candidates should be Indian citizen. Those who have an eligibility certificate from the Indian Government can also apply.

The exam of SBI PO 2017 will be conducted only online in three different phases as described below . The question paper will be in English and Hindi except the paper on English language.

 Phase-I(Priliminary Examination):

(II)Descriptive Test: This will be a test of English Language(Letter Writing & Essay) of 30 minutes with the weightage of 50 marks.

Analysis of SBI PO 2017-  Held on 29 aprail 2017

As you all are aware that the online examination for State Bank of India Probationary Officer 2017 is going on. Throughout the country examination is being held on diffrent centres. 

On 29 aprail 2017, the SBI PO 2017 preliminary exam was held online. The questions asked were of above average difficult level but some of the questions were exceptionally difficult.

Below are some of the questions asked from different sections . (Based on the memory of some candidates):

Total Time Given- 60 minutes

Questions:

Reasoning

• Sitting Arrangement I - Two questions were from sitting arrangement carrying 10 sub questions of average difficulty level.
• Sitting Arrangement II -  Difficult complex sitting arrangement
• Blood Relations - Two questions
• Directional Sense - Two questions
• Some questions were from inequalities, statements etc.

Quantitative Aptitude

• Two questions were from Data Interpretation carrying 10 sub parts.
• Five questions were from Number Series.
• Some questions were from Mixtures, Profit and Loss, Partnerships etc.

English Language

• Passage was of easy difficulty level.
• Cloze Test
• Error Detection
• Sentence Arrangements

While there are still more phases to go for SBI PO 2016 Preliminary Examination, candidates who believe that they can get past the minimum cut-off , they need to focus on the Main examination.

Expected Cut Off for SBI PO 2017 Examination can 40-50 marks.
