A person of indian origin who has migrated from bhutan, pakistan, sri lanka, uganda, burma, east african companies of kenya, zambia, malawi, zaire, Ethiopia, vietnam, united republic of tanzania with the intention to stay permanently in india.

Qualification(Essential and Desirable)- A candidates must be Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline with 60% marks for general candidates and 55%marks for SC/ST/PWD candidates.
