Description

NMIMS School of Business Management offers Two Year Full Time MBA Core, MBA-Actuarial Science, MBA-Banking, MBA-Capital Market, MBA-HR, MBA-Pharmaceutical Management at Mumbai campus and PGDM at Bengaluru & Hyderabad Campuses. NMAT is the entrance exam for admission to all the MBA Full Time courses of NMIMS Mumbai and the PGDM courses of NMIMS Hyderabad and NMIMS Bengaluru. A candidate can take NMAT-2013 up to a maximum of 3 times (first attempt plus 2 retake attempts) including no shows, if he/she wishes to. There has to be a gap of at least 15 days between two successive attempts. For candidates having multiple attempts, the best score (total and sectional) is considered for shortlisting purposes. The result for each attempt is declared separately, approximately 15 days after the test attempt.

Full time bachelor’s degree (10+2+3/4) in any discipline from a UGC recognized University with minimum 50% marks in the aggregate in first attempt.

 

The candidate must have completed graduation in the stipulated duration as per the respective University/Institution awarding the degree

Those candidates who have cleared their graduation by doing a part time course or through distance learning, correspondence courses, externally, open school are not eligible to apply

For all the full time programs candidates who are appearing for the final examination are eligible to apply (provisional admission subject to clearing the final examination in first attempt and in the stipulated duration as per the respective University/Institution awarding the degree with 50% aggregate marks) and also producing all the necessary documents, in original, within the given stipulated time.

 

 

The NMAT-2013 is a computer based test with three sections – Quantitative Ability, Language Skills and Logical Reasoning.
The NMAT is of 120 minutes and will consist of 120 questions. The questions are multiple choice types where the candidate needs to select one of the correct answers. The sections in the NMAT-2013 are Quantitative Ability, Language Skills and Logical Reasoning. There will not be any negative marking for NMAT 2013
