Eligibility- Nationality/Citizenship- A candidate must be either A citizen of india OR Subject of bhutan or Nepal OR Tibetan refugee who came over india in january 1st 1962 with the intention to stay permanently in india. (b) Desirable: Knowledge of Computer skills. Officers Scale-I Degree in any discipline from the recognised university or its equivalent. Proficiency in local language prescribed by related RRB. Should have Computer Knowledge. Officers Scale-II (Specialist Officer) Information Technology Officer Degree from the recognised university in Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Desirable:Certificate in ASP, PHP, C++, Java, VB, VC, OCP etc. Chartered Accountant Certified Associate (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Experience- 1 year Law Officer Degree from a recognised University in Law or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Experience- 2 years as advocate Or 2 years as law officer in bank or any financial institution. Treasury Manager Certified associates from recognised university Marketing Officer MBA in marketing from a recognised university Agriculture Officer Degree in agriculture/horticulture/Dairy/Veterinary Science/agriculture engineering/animal Husbandry/pisciculture/forestry from the recognised university with aggregate 50% marks. Experience- 2 years Officers Scale-III Degree in any discipline from the recognised university. Experience- 5 years as an Officer in bank or financial officer.
