Eligibility Criteria-

 A) Nationality/Citizenship-A candidate must be either -

• a citizen of India,or

• a subject of Nepal,or

• a subject of Bhutan,or

• a Tibetan Refugee who came over india before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently setting in india.

 

B) Educational Qualification-A graduate degree in any discipline from a Government recognised university.

OR

Any equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.

 

 

C) Age Limit - Minimum Age- 20 years

 Maximum Age- 28 years

 

Age Relaxation in Upper age limit-

• SC/ST-5 years

• OBC-3 years

• Persons with Disability-10 years

• Widows, divorced women, women legally separated from their husband who have not remarried-9 years

• Ex-ServiceMen/Disabled Ex-Servicemen-actual period of service rendered in the defence forces + 3 years (8 years for Disabled Ex-Servicemen belonging to SC/ST) subject to a maximum age limit of 50 years

• Persons affected by 1984 riots-5 years

• Persons ordinarily domiciled in the state of Jammu & kashmir during the period 1/1/1980-31/12/1989-5 years

• Regular employees of the Union Carbide Factory, Bhopal retrenched from service (Applicable to Madhya Pradesh state only) - 5 years

Exam Pattern:-The Test will be conduct online in Two Sections(Preliminary and Mains).The online test will follow below examination Structure:-

Preliminary Exam Structure-

Total No of Questions-100

Total Marks-100

Note:-The candidates have to qualify in each three subjects by gaining cut off marks to be decided by IBPS.

After that according to the requirements the candidates will be shortlisted by IBPS  for the Main Exam.

Mains Exam Structure-

Marks obtained by the candidates in Main Examination only will be considered for short listing for interview and also for Merit List.

Note-IBPS reserves the right to modify the structure of the examination which will be intimated through its website.

 

 

 

Exam Analysis 2016 -

There will be penalty for Wrong answer (applicable to both-Preliminary and Main

Examination) is 0.25 marks.
