The Civil Services Examination is conducted by the Union Public Service Examination (UPSC) of Government of India for different civil services in Indian Govenment like:

Civil Services Aptitude Test (CSAT) is a part of Preliminary Examination in Civil Service Examination. Prelims are the first stage from the three stage Examination . The Qualified student will get short listed in this stage of examination for the next stage i.e., Main Written Examination and then Interview/personality test.

 

 Candidates are allowed to Apply Online Only from 22 Feb to 17 March, 2017 till 11:59 p.m. through www.upsc.gov.in

Educational qualification:

Candidate must hold a any degree from a recognised University.

 

Age Limit:

A Candidate must attain a age of 21 years and should not exceed by 32 years as on the 1-August-2017

  • Relexation of 5 years is allowed for the SC Candidates.
  • Relexation 3 years is allowed for the OBC Candiates.

Number of Attempts:

General: 6 attemts

OBC: 9 till attempts 35 years

SC/ST: No bar till 37 Years

Preliminary Examination

Under the new pattern the marks obtained in English will not be counted for preparing final merit list for service selection of IAS,IPS,IFS,IRS etc Civil Service Preliminary Examination comprise two papers both will be of Objective-type.   To practice online for Indian Forest Services, you can follow itest

  5. Basics Numeracy.
  6. English LanguageComprehension skills.
