Admission Test for ICFAI Science and Technology acronym as ATIT, is a Pre Engineering Test. ATIT is an All India admission test conducted by the Federation of Universities (FedUni), for students seeking admission into the B.Tech Program. It is held for admission to Icfai Tech which

 

has been ranked among the Top 25 Private Engineering Colleges in India.

 

The entrance exam is taken for the admission of students to the B.Tech programs offered by the Institute whose campuses are located at Bhubaneswar, Bangalore, Jaipur, Hyderabad and Dehradun. The programme offered is of 5 years full time duration. ATIT is usually held in the month of May.

In order to avoid any mishappening before ICFAI ATIT entrance, candidates must go through B.Tech ICFAI ATIT eligibility criteria as described here in brief..

 

1.) Admission Procedure for candidates is to appear in ATIT entrance exam.

2.) Students securing at least 50% aggregate in class 10+2 examination or its equivalent with pass in each of Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English subjects are eligible to appear for ATIT. Final year students of class 10+2 or its equivalent awaiting examination and results may also appear.

3.) Admission will be offered based on scores secured in ATIT 2011/ AIEEE 2011.

4.) The applicant should fulfill the minimum age requirements as prescribed by the respective board through which the applicant has appeared for the qualifying .

5.) Candidates who are appearing in the qualifying examination can also apply for the entrance test and will be considered for the provisional admission.

6.) Individual University will offer provisional admission based on the marks secured by the student in the ATIT entrance exam in respective years (i.e ATIT 2011), subject to the student satisfying the eligibility criteria of admission.

7.) Candidates who have been considered for provisional admission are required to submit the proofs of qualifying exam having passed on or before September 1 of the year of examination. And if candidates fail to do so, their admission to the respective courses will also get cancelled.

Age Criteria: The ICFAI applicant should fulfill the minimum age requirements as prescribed by the respective board through which the applicant has appeared for the qualifying examination.

 

If an applicant is found ineligible for whatever reasons even after admission into the ICFAI B.Tech program, his/her admission will be cancelled. All admissions will be subject to verification of facts from the original certificates / documents of the students. The decision of the Admissions Committee regarding eligibility of any applicant shall be final.

Candidates aspiring for ICFAI engineering degree courses must aware of the question paper pattern described below....

 

  • IcfaiTech conducts ATIT examination to intake admission into B.Tech programs offered by it.
  • ATIT is held in the month of May every year and the test is of 3 hours duration.
  • ATIT includes objective type questions based on the subjects Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics.
  • Candidates need to mark the answers in OMR answer sheet that provided during the time of examination.
  • The test timings are from 10.00 AM to 1.00 PM and candidates are required to report at the test centre 9.00 AM.
  • Multiple Choice Questions are asked in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. 60 questions per subject are asked.
  • Students may also be admitted to the program based on their all India Rank in AIEEE .Candidates applying for admission on the basis of AIEEE are not required to write ATIT. They are offered admission into all branches at IcfaiTech, Dehradun
