AIM conducts its own test, the AIM Admission Test (AIMAT). Because of this, GMAT is not a requirement. However, if you have taken and passed the GMAT within the last three (3) years, it will also be considered in lieu of the AIMAT. We require a minimum GMAT Score of 600. For the EMBA program, applicants must give a letter of recommendation from the immediate supervisor and a similar letter from the company’s HR head or any senior management officer. The score in the qualifying exam is considered along with other factors like work experience, transcript of records, and the panel interview by faculty members of AIM. For local applicants, interviews will be conducted at the AIM office. For overseas applicants, the faculty assigned to do the marketing trip will conduct the interviews. Generally, if you have two (2) below-average scores, you will not be interviewed anymore. The AIM Admissions Committee conducts interviews with almost all applicants to help them assess the applicants' leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
