inayaka Mission's Kirupananda Variyar Arts and Science College was established in 1983, and offers under graduate and post graduate programs. The Management has provided good infrastructure facilities and having well qualified and experienced teaching faculty. The college is now associated with the Vinayaka Mission's Research Foundation Deemed University(VMRF-DU). 

The College was approved and recognised by the Government and University Grants Commission (UGC) New Delhi. Tranport: Two College buses and Two vans are available for the staffs and students to attend health camps, educational trips and to visit vaious rural health centres as a part of their academic programs.
