Swami Devi Dyal Institute of Engineering, which was established in the year 2008, has a Unique Campus located in the foothills of shivaliks, spread in a sprawling green lush 20 acres of land, in closest vicinity of Panchkula-Chandigarh–Mohali. It endeavours to provide high level teaching, research and extensive activities in the filed of professional engineering and management education. This Institute was established with a goal of imparting quality technical education to the students, keeping in view the global technological developments and to meet the requirement of dynamic industry in 21st Century and transform them into professional of distinguishable standards. It aims to create an entrepreneurial attitude, sprit and result oriented motivation among budding engineers.

Placement

The college is having an effective and strong Training and Placemen Cell comprising of senior faculty members. The students committees of all the disciplines are made in order to provide updated information about the various Organizations to this Placement Cell. The Placement Cell is headed by an experienced executive who held the top positions in many industries of this Country. Since our students are now entering in the 3rd year, constant liaison shall be established with the major industries of the country. Also industries, in the areas of engineering and management, shall be approached for visiting our campus for in-house interview and placements. Special lectures by experts, in career launching, shall also be arranged in order to keep the students aware of the right opportunities.
