Krishna Institute of Technology (KIOT) was launched by Gyan Ganga Educational Society which was established on July 16, 2007 with an objective to put in to the national wealth of the country with an exclusive determination to motivate new millennium youths to meet their individual as well as national goals, craft out technically sound individuals and a create a platform for innovative global desires.

Gyan Ganga Educational Society was establish Krishna Institute of Technology (KIOT) in July 16, 2007. Other famous name of this institute is KOIT. The institute is approved by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi, ministry of HRD, government of India and is affiliated to U.P. Technical University, Lucknow. KOIT offers the Engineeirng courses in Various stream at UG level. It also provide the business management courses at PG level.
