Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences of the University is a pioneer teaching Department not only in the state of Maharashtra but also has academic recognition in the country as a whole. Started way back in 1956, it has catered to the needs Pharmacy education in big way and has generated personnel which have emerged as key functionaries in the domain of “ Academics” as well as “ Profession” as a whole. It is recognized by PCI and AICTE.

Placement

The primary role of the Training and Placement Cell is to secure placements for students passing out from the Department. The training and placement cell provides assistance to graduate and post-graduate students in their efforts to find proper employment. The training and placement cell is located in the administrative section of the Department. The cell extends facilities to conduct group discussion, tests and interviews. Department actively organises in-campus and out-campus interviews for its students . For this purpose the prestigious public and private sector undertakings along with multinational organizations visit our campus for recruitment
