Our buses from Kakinada pickup students from several points in Kakinada, Samalkot, Peddapuram and our buses from Rajahmundry also pick up students from several points in Rajahmundry, Rajanagaram and Rangampeta. A placement training programme for students of final year B Tech with an aggregate of 65% and above will be organized starting from 02/06/2011. The venue for the programme is Auditorium in Block A. Timings are from 03:00 PM to 04:30 PM.
Right from the day one Aditya concentrates on training students in communication skills, presentation skills, building leadership qualities, and there by increasing their confidence levels of facing the interviews. In the third year we provide Campus Recruitment Training to all the students basing on the psychometry analysis. This training is a continuous process by inhouse trainers and also by external agencies who are pioneers in the field. From 4th year onwards we invite companies to the campus for recruitment drives. This Integrated CRT program provides an edge for our students to get selected in leading MNC's.
Giving the highly competitive and rocky job market scenario, highest importance is given to training of students in the areas of problem solving, critical thinking, communication skills and team work skills.
