The administration of the college is vested in a Governing Body consisting representatives of the T.K.M College Trust, Govt: Of Kerala, and All India Council for Technical Education, headed by Sri.S.H.Musaliar as Chairman and the Principal as the Ex-officio secretary.

Placement

The Training & Placement Cell of the college is working as a team under the leadership of the co-ordinator. The team consists of the committee members from each department and a group of dedicated students. Every activity of the Cell is monitored by the co-ordinator. The Cell pay extra effort to invite reputed companies over the campus and extends due hospitality to make them comfortable in the campus. The cell helps a large number of students to secure employment in reputed organizations through campus recruitment. The cell also helps students in arranging vacation training and project work for them in industries. The T&P Cell arranges periodic training and Personality development programs
