The Sawai Man Singh Medical College or SMS Medical College is located in the pink city of India, Jaipur city of Rajasthan State. The college is one of the oldest institutions in Indian providing the medical courses to the people of India. The college was established in the year 1947 in the same year when the University of Rajputana and the great Republic of India came into the existence. This medical college was the 15th medical institution which was opened in India from the past. Being one of the premier medical institutes of India, it is aimed at imparting the best education and research work for the welfare of the people who need the medical services in India. The college has some of the great alumni who have gained the name and fame after getting their medical degrees from this college and are famous around the world serving the people of the world with their ability and experience. The college offers various courses at the campus which include courses like Under Graduate, Post Graduate, Diploma, M.Ch. DM, M.Sc. (Med), PhD and Nursing courses with various disciplines of medicine and allied sciences. In its60 years of experience of existence, the college has setup a number of landmarks in the field of medical education and serving the people.

The campus of the SMS Medical College is located in the Jaipur City of Rajasthan and has all the facilities available in the campus for their students. The college has provided facilities like Library, Gymnasium, Auditorium, Indoor Games, Sports facilities and several others for the mutual growth of the students in studies as well as their physical strength. The college has 32 departments and a total of six hospitals are attached with it.
