Oberoi Center for Learning and Development is an initiative of Oberoi Group of Hotels which was established in 1966. OCLD is affiliated to University of Delhi. The training programme at OCLD is among the best in Asia and provides a benchmark for International Standards within hotel industry.

The institute offers a Bachelor of Hotel Management and two years training programmes of :

• Guest Services Management (GSM) focuses on careers in two main guest contact departments; Food and Beverage Service and Font Office. 
• Housekeeping Mnagement(HM) focuses on all housekeeping aspects of a hotel.
• Kitchen Management (KM) focuses on culinary skills and the ability to manage kitchen operation.

Placement

 The placement and recruitment process for the Oberoi Center of Learning and Development is scheduled between October to December each year. It has excellent scope in placement activities and provide gud opportunities to the students.
