It was established in 2005 - 2006. It is affiliated by Gujarat Technological University. The college has made steady progress during the past one year of its existence. LDRP has been recognized for its role in engineering education, generation and dissemination of useful & relevant technological, industrial & economical development of the country from a long time. It also has a special branch known as IEEE student branch.
