L.B.S College of Engineering, Kasaragod was established in 1993 under the auspicious of L.B.S Centre for Science and Technology, Trivandrum. LBSCE is a self-financing engineering college under L.B.S Centre for Science and Technology, Trivandrum. L.B.S Centre is a Government of Kerala Undertaking. The chairman of the Governing body is Hon’ble Chief Minister of Kerala and Vice-Chairman is Hon’ble Minister for Education, Govt. of Kerala. The Campus is located at Muliyar, about 12Km from Kasaragod railway station, Kerala and 75Km from Mangalore airport, Karnataka. The close proximity of the campus to NH-17 and SH-31 makes it well connected to any part of the country. Frequent buses are available from Kasaragod new bus stand. More over College is operating buses to Kasaragod and Kanghangad.
