Institute of Management Studies(IMS), Roorkee was founded in the year 1996. The college is affiliated to HNB Garhwal University. The main aim of the college is to producing competent entrepreneurs The college has been approved by All India Council for Technical Education(AICTE) and affiliated with Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun. The college offers undergraduate courses in business administration and computer applications streams. The college also provides postgraduate courses in Management Studies.
