Goa College of Home Science was established in July, 1988 and is the only college in Goa offering Home Science. The college is funded by State Government and is affiliated to Goa University. The college offers a bachelors degree course in Home Science. The college provides many facilities to the students like spacious and fully ventilated classrooms, laboratories eqquiped with modern tools, seminar room, common room, canteen, library, sports etc. The college has a student council which organizes various competitions and activities during the academic year.
