The endeavor of the GITS is to make higher education in the region more accessible and affordable to the economically weaker sections and the rural students and to create employment through higher education.It is one of the well known Institute of Rajasthan, with the focused objective of the group to provide quality professional education to the youth in the areas of Engineering, Management, Computer Applications, Medical, Nursing, Pharmacy, Physiotheraphy etc., ensuing their all round well integrated development incompliance with requisite industry standards. The institute has gone from strength to consolidating its position keeping pace with the latest industry trends and methods. It is flagship organization of 500 crores of Pacific Industry.
1.Arranging Placement of the student’s. 2.To help & guide the students for their practical Training after completion of 4th and 6th semesters during Summer Vacations. 3.Arranging faculty developments programme for (teaching and non-teaching staff Members)
Other than this, we often arrange Faculty Development Programmes in corporate companies to remove the gaps between the teaching and industry requirement.

The Mission of the Training and Placement Department is three fold :-
Training needs of various Departments and their personnel are sought from Departments and the trainer of contents of the module, time duration, venue are identified, considering the availability of trainee & faculty the program is made, which is incorporated in the annual plan. Some on the job and off the job practical training sessions are conducted by the college. College also communicates with various industries and related organizations are requesting them to provide seats for training of students during summer vacations. I wish a long lasting success to our final year students for their bright future.
