Eluru College of Engineering and Technology is located along the National High way leading to Vijayawada  at a distance of 7 km from Eluru town, District Head quarters of West Godavari  in Andhra Pradesh. The campus has well built spacious buildings in a spacious  sprawling area of 13 acres surrounded by greenery fields. The location of  the institution in an environment of sylvan settings and serene atmosphere is ideally suited for an educational institution and very much conducive for  learning.

Eluru College of Engineering and Technology foresees rapid industrialization and emerging of excellent industry oriented Technical Education in the state of AP. The College is working on its mission of imparting quality technical education to its students who will live up to the challenges of the future Indian industry and contribute their mite to the growth and economical development of the country. The idea is for the College to be able to bridge the two major and different educational traditions. The academic and professional teaching traditions have historically been separated in India. However, the international development does not subscribe to such old and damaging traditions. Eluru College of Engineering and Technology will participate in establishing a new tradition, where the two teaching traditions can be joined.
