Coimbatore Medical College which is a state Medical college run by the government. It is recognizaed by MCI (Medical Council of India). It was established in the year 1966 with the motto of providing high quality education in the field of Medical education with good educational environment. It was affiliated to Madras University and later it was transferred to Bharathair University. This college has more than 30 departments including various facilities like library, laboratories. It offers various degree and diploma courses for the students. It has well established infrastructure including various facilities which are necessary for the students. It conducts various events and extra curricular activities for the overall personality development of students. It has well qualified and experienced faculty for the students who takes extra lecture or guest lecture if needed.
