Carmel College is a Christian College that was established in 1964 with an aim to spread the torch of education in the lives of women of Goa. The college is affiliated to Goa University in the faculties of Arts, Science and Commerce. The college is an NAAC Accreditated institution. It has been awarded B++ grade by the NAAC. The couses it offers are the general streams of Arts, Science and Commerce. The vocational stream has three sections - Commercial Garment Designing and Making, Office Secretary Ship / Stenography and Computer Techniques.
