To fulfil a genuine need to start an ideal learning center for natural drugs to the budding scholars tailored to the requirement of Ayurvedic industries, research organizations, governments’ legal cell, etc. Bengal Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences has been established by Bengal Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences Trust, a public charitable trust, with a deep sense of social commitment. The institute is proud to get a chairman like Mr. Subir Pal. The Institute is a dream project of Mr. Pal. Government of West Bengal has come forward to make it a joint venture and Jadavpur University, Kolkata have already given their affiliation to the course B Pharm (Ayur), designed and framed by FET, Jadavpur University.

The Institute is ready to guide the students and to get reputed academicians, the faculty for teaching.

Bengal Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences is situated at Kalyani and just at the outskirt of Kalyani city. The campus of the State Pharmacopoeial Laboratory and Pharmacy for Indian Medicine under Health & Family Welfare Deptt., Govt. of West Bengal, is decided to be used. Excellent opportunity for students to sit in a classroom which is surrounded by lush green garden of various (around 40 different species) medicinal plants. Calm and quiet atmosphere, ideal for a place where educational institute can get its excellent infrastructure that can impart the right place for study, especially on natural drugs.
