The college was founded by Arya Samaj in 1964. B.D. Arya Girls Collge as a full-fledged affiliate d college came into existence in 1970. Lala Bishamber Dass a true philanthropist a well- known businessman of Punjab and the owner of B.D.A. Steels was the founder chairman of the college. Now, under the competent Presidetship of Sh. Vinod Kumar Aggarwal and the Vice President ship of Sh. Parmod Kumar Aggarwal, the college had emerged as an operational model for value oriented education. From 1980 onwards, this college has witnessed tremendous academic and physical and emotional growth of the status growth of the students is fully taken care of.
