It was established under the trust oof T.E.H.R.D which was setup in 1981 with an objective of promoting, establishing and conducting activities in the field of education. This institute has the main aim of providing world class education and create various opportunities for the youth to excell in the area of Engineering & Technology and Management & Schooling. The college provides various technical programmes and training programmes for the students. The campus of this college is spread over 11 arcs of area with eco-friendly surroundings has various facilities which are necessary for the students. The college is ISO certified and is known for it's excellent performance in educational system. It offers the degree of various Under Graduate and Post graduate courses. It's main vision is to focus on the skills of individual and enhance them. The placement cell helps students in providing various opportunities and conducts various interviews of major comapanies for the better placement of each student according to their eligibility. It performs very well in placement related activities. There are many major or multinational companies like Infosys Ltd, HCL Technology, iGate Patni, SLK Softwares, L&t  IES, Robosoft, Techmahindra etc who usually come to this college for recruiting the students.
