This college was found at Agra in 1998 under the Sharda Group which is the largest educational group in Northern India with a commitment to deliver quality education. It was started with 4 disciplines with approximately 180 seats at that time but currently it added 5 more disciplines of B.Tech programme along with the MCA and MBA programme. This college prides itself as it provides quality based education with an excellent environment for the students. It always focuses on enhancing the technical and logical skills of students to make them perfect Engineer. There nain vision is to inspire value based education, research and development. It's mission is to train students for world class competence and to create effective interface with industry. The main purpose of this college is to set bench marks in acedemic excellence and holistic grooming of students. Apart from this it provides all the facilities for the students with good infrastructure.

The college puts all it's effort in providing best opportunities to the students for their placement. As many of the students in this college got placed in reputated organizations. The main objective of this institute is to gi9ve 100% placement and for this it gives their best effort by providing all the facilities which may help students in their placement. They conduct various pre-placement activities to train the students. The placement cell helps them in all manner my conducting various activities and providing highly experienced faculty for guest lectures.
