It was established in the year 2001 by Educational trust and Sri Balaji Charitable Trust with the motto of providing high quality education and produce high quality Engineers and Technocrats. The rapid development of technologies has given the rise to the demand of qualified engineers in all areas, so the institute provides such quality education to the students to cope up with the demand. The college is approved by AICTE, New Delhi, affiliated t Anna University Chennai.

Placement

It performes well in placement activities as the placement and training department conducts guest lectures for the students. They are seeking to provide job opportunities to the students. The department has also signed MOUs with leading companies through which regular guest lectures are conducted for students from industry. It conducts various pre-placement activities for the students to train them.
