Govt. Women Engineering College

WECA is the first & solitary Women Engineering College of Rajasthan in the whole Northern India.  Honorable Chief Minister Smt. Vasundhra Raje laid the foundation stone of this college on 30thApril, 2007.

GWECA campus is on a sprawling 30 acres plot of land in a serene panoramic setting with an eminent ITI campus on one side and the glorious Polytechnic campus  on  the  other  side.  It    is located on the National Highway No. 79(Ajmer-Nasirabad-Bicholia  via Chittorgarh) at Nasirabad Road,  Makhupura  Ajmer. GWECA is conveniently approachable through rail and road. The nearest airport is at Jaipur

Training And Placement Cell

The institute offers various Undergraduates and Postgraduate course, bachelors in Technology (B.Tech.) and Masters of Business Administration  (MBA.), Master of Computer Application under one roof,

Training and Placement Cell is an integral part of the institute. The institute has provided complete infrastructure for effective functioning of the cell. The Training and Placement Cell,  is a body of hyper active Staff and students. Student members are specially selected to carry out the responsible working of the cell. The TPC dedicates itself to help students develop their personalities and establish their careers.


The activities of TPC are :

    Preparing the students to face competitive examinations and interviews through intensive training programs including group discussions, mock interviews, and the basics of behavior and body language. Experienced Professionals from the industry are invited for some of the training programs.

      Assisting students in career-planning, employment and providing information on higher studies.

      Inviting companies to the college campus for recruiting students for placement in their organizations. TPC   offer the companies all the facilities for

      Conducting their presentation, tests and interviews.
