Dr. Swarup Narain Memorial Education and Research Society is a duly registered society formed in the year 1997 (registration no. 354/jaipur/1997-1998). The society was established for promoting quality education in the field of Management Education and other important areas of technical education.

The founders of the college had lofty ideas and a vision for imparting education and training in the various branches of Management education.

We know that Rome was not built in a day. The college is developing gradually and steadily. Over the years the college would be able to start and run the various educational and training programmes.

All the members of the society are highly experienced in their varied field of education and industry, they combined and contribute a lot for the uplift of the society.
 

SCMT brings together a dedicated team of professionals from diverse backgrounds like engineering, architecture, Information Technology and Management. One of the primary focuses of the team has been corporate development through consultancy, training programmes and research.

Our major thrust areas in corporate consultancy are strategic planning, human resource development, enterprise resource planning, Information System design and implementation, project financing and urban planning.

Our corporate development activities include training programmes for managers and staff. Thoughtful interaction and learning from experience sharing is facilitated through corporate conferences and workshops in varied fields as banking and financial services, manufacturing, garment exports, education, urban development, ITES and others.

Our research interests include IT implementation in public and not-for-profit sectors, development of SME sector and development of communities using micro-interventions.

Placement

A fully functional placement cell headed by a Placement Coordinator functions to guide and counsel students on emerging placement opportunities. It also arranges support trainings and workshops on personality development, communication skills, interview skills etc. for better performance of SCMT students.
